RuralEdge and Community National Bank (CNB) are teaming up to create much-needed affordable housing in Newport, VT. The initiative centers around converting the former Sacred Heart convent into 26 affordable units. Construction is set to begin in June 2024.
Project Highlights
Phase 1: 26 affordable housing units within the former convent.
Phase 2: Renovation of the Sacred Heart High School into 24 condos for middle-income families.
