Deadline Extended! Secure Your Plot at Bluffside Farm Community Gardens by May 10

Apr 29, 2024

The Bluffside Farm Community Garden is inviting you to join a vibrant community of gardening enthusiasts. Whether you are a seasoned green thumb or a curious newcomer eager to dig your hands into the soil, Bluffside Farm offers an enriching experience for all.

Spacious and Well-Equipped Plots

Each gardener at Bluffside Farm is allocated a generous plot of approximately 22’x22’, providing ample space to cultivate a variety of flowers, vegetables, and herbs. The garden plots are pre-tilled, making it easy for you to start planting right away. Additionally, convenient access to water on-site ensures that your budding plants will thrive under your care.

Options for Every Gardener

Recognizing the diverse preferences of our community, Bluffside Farm includes a special section dedicated to no-till gardening. This method is perfect for those looking to enhance soil health and biodiversity without the disruption of traditional tilling. If no-till gardening interests you, be sure to inquire during registration as these plots are limited.

Affordable Gardening with Support Opportunities

Price is $75 for the season. Understanding that this fee might still be a hurdle for some, Bluffside Farm also provide a limited number of scholarships to ensure that gardening is within everyone’s reach.

A Community Effort

The expenses involved in maintaining the lush expanse of Bluffside Farm slightly exceed the income from the plot fees. Thus, we warmly welcome any additional contributions. Your donations will help us sustain the high standards of our gardens and extend more scholarships to passionate gardeners in need.

Registration Extended

They’ve extended the registration deadline to May 10th to ensure that more people have the chance to join our gardening community this season. To apply for a plot or to get more information, please reach out to Dan Kilborn at (802) 745-6303.

Don’t miss out on the chance to plant your roots in a community that grows together.
