Vermont Works for Women Brings Trailblazers Training Program to Newport

Program Details

– Free trades training program for women and gender-expansive individuals ages 18+
– Seven-week program from May 20 to July 3, 2024
– Held at the North Country Career Center in Newport, Vermont

Hands-On Experience

– Construction
– Renewable energy
– Other high-demand trades
– “Live work” project remodeling a house in town
– Heavy equipment work to finish carpentry
