Harry Corrow Freedom Run

What better way to celebrate July 4th and our nation’s independence from the overlording Brits than a trail run along the shores and in the woods by Lake Memphremagog. We celebrate FREEDOM FROM TYRANNY- Freedom from asphalt and Freedom to choose your distance. We have expanded our options to include a 10 Mile, 10 K, 5 K and 2 mile distances so we can honestly say, there’s a run or walk for every level of runner/walker in this mix. The 10 mile and 10 K courses include 3.5 miles on the Memphremagog Trails system, The rest of the run and the shorter courses are run on the bike path.

We gather at Prouty Prouty Beach, 385 Prouty Beach Road, Newport, VT
We start at 8:30 am on the morning of July 4th. Walkers are welcome.
This event is run in collaboration with Memphremagog Ski Touring Foundation. 20% of each adult registration fee goes to support the National Alliance on Mental Health, Vermont
