Skating/Skiing in Gardner Park

Gardner Memorial Park hosts 2 skating rinks open for the public. An ice hockey rink and a general skating rink. Free skate rentals are available. Enjoy a tasty treat from the concession stand. Also available for free rental are cross-country skis for use in the park. For ice conditions call 334-5718 or check www.newportrecreation.org. Hours are Monday through Friday from 3-9pm (closed from 5-6pm for dinner), weekends and holidays/school vacations from noon to 9pm (closed 5-6pm for dinner).
